All tourist operators adapt to comply with sanitary rules to ensure the reception of their customers in the best conditions of safety, comfort and conviviality
Hôtels
- Wearing a mask or a visor for all staff responsible for reception and cleaning.
- Hand washing at least once an hour.
- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of rooms and bedding after each stay.
- Regular cleaning and disinfection of spaces accessible to the public (elevators, toilets) and all surfaces, door handles, room keys, switches, etc.
Simplified group reception. - Hydroalkolic gel available at the entrance.
- Wearing a mask recommended for customers outside the rooms.
- Regulated distance between tables and customers in the breakfast room.
Restaurants
- Wearing a mask or a visor for all the staff in the dining room.
- Hand washing at least once an hour.
- Regular cleaning and disinfection of spaces accessible to the public (toilets) and of all sufaces, door handles, handrails, switches.etc.
- Hydroalkolic gel available at the entrance.
- Wearing a mask for customers when moving inside the establishment.
- Regulated distance between tables and customers (1 meter).
- Tables limited to 10 people maximum.
- Replacement of menus with QR codes or blackboards.
- Payment advised by credit card
Transport
- Wearing a mask recommended or, compulsory depending on the case (regulations posted by each carrier)
- Daily and thorough cleaning and disinfection of exposed surfaces (seats, armrests, headrests, shelves, door handles).
- Hydroalkolic gel available at the entrance
Museums, monuments
and other places to visit
- Wearing a mask for reception and surveillance staff.
- Wearing a mask for visitors over 11 years old.
- Hydroalkolic gel available at the entrance and in several other places inside the establishment.
- Cloakroom restricted to prohibited items inside.
- Establishment of specific routes to respect the safety distance between visitors.
- Comments from guides and authorized speakers for groups of maximum 10 participants or more than 10 participants subject to special authorization provided that they can respect the rules of distance between participants.
City tours, excursions and guided bus tours
- Comments from guides and authorized speakers inside and outside the coach.
- Wearing a mask recommended for the guide.
- Observation of the rules of the carrier concerning the coach (see transport section above).
Attractions, concerts and other shows (theaters, cinemas)
- Wearing a mask or a visor for reception staff in contact with the public.
- Daily and thorough cleaning and disinfection of exposed surfaces (seats, armrests, door handles).
- Implementation of circuits to regulate the flow of visitors and queues.
- In amusement parks, wearing a mask for visitors from 11 years old and respecting safety distances.
- In concert halls wearing a mask for spectators from 11 years old and 1 empty seat between two groups of spectators
