DAY 1 : Burgundy and its snails
Arrival in Burgundy by train or by road. Welcome and installation at the hotel in Châlons sur Saône, Macon or Paray le Monial. Our first visit will be to a snail farm whose name is closely linked to that of the region. Visit commented by the farmer, explanation of his work followed by a tasting, highlight of the visit. Return to the hotel, dinner and accommodation.

DAY 2 : Bresse poultry, Burgundy wines, saffron and truffles
The day begins with a visit to the Bresse poultry market in Louhans (Monday only) whose origins date back to the 13th century. Then we are received by a local winegrower who offers us a snack accompanied by a tasting of his production. Then we proceed to a small winegrower where we will have a comfortable and well-prepared snack with a wine tasting. The opportunity for an informative exchange! In the afternoon, visit a saffron and truffle farm. The farmer introduces us to the particularly delicate technique of growing saffron and also teaches us some secrets of growing truffles, which he offers us for a tasting. Return to the hotel. DAY 3 : Paray le Monial, Beaune and the Grands Crus route
In the morning visit of Paray le Monial and its magnificent basilica then continuation to Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines. Visit the famous Hôtel Dieu and free time for lunch……
